I am an experienced Counsellor and Low Intensity Therapist for the National Health Service(NHS)and Psychological Therapy Services, Talking Therapies, Primary Care, and also Counselling in GP surgeries.
I support a wide range of issues, including clients experiencing:
stress anxiety; panic, phobias
depression relationship problems
addiction abuse; trauma
domestic violence low self-esteem
bereavement self-harming
I work with individuals, counselling students, and young people.
